We’re all in the same boat.

It’s OK.

You can do it. There’s always a way; you just have to find it.

Whether speaking to healthcare professionals, patients, networking groups, rotaries, or chambers of commerce, my key message stays the same:  it centers around the fact that all of us deal with challenges. How do we rise above? I have found that through grace, good luck, and good people around me, many learnings have come out of talking about our mindset, nutrition, and exercise. Even if our exercise is emotional or mental exercise, all methods kinds of exercise are beneficial. Exercise increases positivity and our ability to do things. We all want to be heard. We want to live a good life, and we want to make a difference in the world (let everybody know WE WERE HERE!)

As a lupus patient who was seriously ill, I knew pretty early on that it was either sink or swim. Life has been extremely challenging. It took time, but because these strategies have made such a difference in my life, I need to share them with others. I’ve applied them to my business and personal life, and have had success. I love relating to people, and my goal is to help people learn how to deal and how to heal.
