1) Workout Session: participants will do a Regan MOVES workout. learning how to keep their joints safe while they exercise. People of all fitness levels are welcome. Modifications of low-medium-high intensity levels are taught on the spot.
2) Seminar: nutritional and mental health strategies will be discussed. A takeaway booklet is provided with a 3-day diet plan and exercise manual of the techniques used in the workout.
I will come in to your place of business. Workshops are 1.5 hours: 30 minutes of Regan MOVES exercise, followed by 30 minute seminar. Time is allowed for discussion and questions.
