Hello! Thanks for being here. I’m so glad to have the opportunity to help you increase your energy and decrease pain. These tools have helped me regain health from my own struggles with systemic lupus, arthritis, and fibromyalgia. I know you can find value here, to forge a path of your OWN. That is why I’d love to work with you on this low-torque, safe-on-the-joints exercise program that I designed with my mechanical engineering degree. It helped me go from needing a cane for the stairs to gaining strength and vitality. Other tools include an anti-inflammatory diet. I am a certified fitness instructor through AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America) as a group instructor and personal trainer. I have worked with many people with chronic conditions, including patients of the Lupus Foundation of Northern California, Duke University in partnership with the Medical University of South Carolina for Lupus Patient Education Day, the Heart Fit for Life program of Palo Alto, and many others.
