Gentle Yet Effective Exercise

Using my engineering degree, I designed this low-torque, low-impact exercise program, which changed my life! It helped me go from needing a cane for the stairs to living a healthy, energetic life. I have a goal. And that is to help you get fit as well, because I know you can do it. Together, we will recover your movement and confidence. This program provides exercise that won’t have you straining your body. Why knock yourself out at the gym when you don’t have to? This program is effective. Stay healthy and safe with me, so you can exercise sustainably and get fit!

You will:

+increase energy and feel better

+improve cardiovascular health

+lose weight

+build strength including in the muscles that support the joints

+increase endurance

+recover from injury or surgery

+improve balance and core strength

+live a fulfilling life

+all while keeping your joints safe

A portion of the proceeds from Regan MOVES will be donated to the Lupus Research Foundation.

The LRF was founded by Regan and and her husband Todd, after they saw the tremendous success of the Professional-Amateur curling tournament they created, called “Lupus Spiel USA”. It has now become the largest Pro-Am for curling in the world. From its success, the LRF was born. The LRF’s primarily funded researcher, Dr. Timothy Niewold, and his staff in the lab he runs at the Colton Center for Autoimmunity, performed research that was instrumental in the development of a potential new drug hopefully hitting the market soon.
